Founded in 2023 by Eduardo Montes, PMP, Rael Management Solutions, LLC (RMS) was born from a clear vision: to offer small businesses and public-sector clients in Puerto Rico boutique-style consulting driven by quality, efficiency, and personalized care. As a young entrepreneur with a passion for solving problems in administrative and operational workflows, Eduardo leveraged his project management expertise to assemble a dedicated team focusing on six core areas: general administrative support, project management, property oversight, process optimization, business risk & impact analysis, CRM management, and sales support.
